How is HOBA Techs training different from others?

HOBA Tech training is different from other in many ways.

First – we are Business Transformators ourselves. We have our own clients we support with their Business Transformations. We aren’t academics or office managers that only write about or talk about business transformation or business architecture, we are in the coal face ourselves, delivering transformations projects for and with our on clients. Our training comes from our own experience doing this for over 20+year, and some of the largest business transformations in the UK, if not world.

Second - HOBA Tech is based on two main philosophies – business transformation is everyone’s business, and the 3L’s – Layers, language and levels. That is everyone in the organisation up and down, and across the organisation is involved in the business’ transformation – it is not something that is done by ‘the guys upstairs’ and ends there, or raised by Operations (and dies in Operations), or conceived in project delivery (implementation) and stays there. Everyone in the organisation plays a role, and in order for them to play an effective role, get the most out of the transformation, and actually make it successful – you need to understanding the 3’Ls – there are different layers in the organisation (Strategic, Operations and Implementation), they each speak a different language, and require a different level of detail. Our training is designed specifically for those different levels and scenarios.
