Yes, there are different levels for Certification.

HOBA Certification supports our philosophy of “business transformation is everyone’s business”, and our training and certification reflects that.

HOBA Business Transformator® is our entry level certification, then HOBA® Business Transformation Associate, Foundation, Associate, Architect, Master and Expert.These additional levels would involve further testing to validate students' competency.

Our goal is to evolve the certification from being the leading Business Transformation framework to becoming the leading Business Transformation certification, enhancing its value and recognition in the industry.
